Cool Drink for Summer

1-2 lit Coriander ( Dhania) Water keeps summer disease away ..

If we try & explain even a book will be less to elaborate  coriander.

Traditionally coriander is used as Anti Inflammatory in India, Anti Diabetic plant in Europe.  And its recently been studied for its Cholesterol Lowering effect in United states.

 Nutrients of Coriander

11 type of essential oils, 6 types of acids, minerals, vitamins.

Rheumatoid arthritis – Cineole and linoleic acid in coriander possess anti rheumatic and anti arthritic properties. These are beneficial for reducing swellings.

DiabetesCumin stimulates the endocrine glands. Secretion of insulin is increased from pancreas which increases the insulin level in the blood.

High Cholesterol Coriander is very effective in reducing the cholesterol levels in the blood and also reduces the cholesterol deposition along the inner walls of the arteries and veins.

Anemia High iron content in coriander directly helps in curing anemia.

Digestion– It stimulates digestion hence is used as appetizer. It is also useful for diarrhea, mouth ulcer.

Small pox– Coriander contains essential oils which are rich in anti microbial, anti oxidant, anti infectious and detoxifying components and acids. 1 lit water + 2 tsf Dhania( Coriander seeds)

Let dhania get soaked overnight & use this water for next day.
