I am famous among all age groups in the form of chyavanprash…Also I am very popular in the form of amla supari, morawala, muramba ……(Yummy!! )

& with honey I am natures the sweetest gift for diabetic patient.

But today I will discuss only juice recipe..which is very simple to prepare & have lot of benefits.

How to make Juice:


Amla – 5

Sugar – 2 ½ tsp


Cut the amla grind it well with one glass of water

Filter it & take the juice

Add sugar & mix it well.

( You can add honey instead of sugar.)

The Sweetest, Richest & Best in flavored summer drink

ImageThe Mango – irresistible fruit !!

Not only India, But Mango is the National fruit of Pakistan & Philippines. It is often held by lord Ganesha as a symbol of attainment.

It is eaten as a fruit as well as in the form of juice.

Mango Juice:


  1. Mango- 1
  2. Sugar/ Jaggery – 6 tsp
  3. Cold water – 1cup


  1. Peel the mango & put the mango plum in mixture
  2. Add Sugar / Jaggery
  3. Add cold water & operate the mixture for 2 mins.                                                  (Many people add Nutmeg (Jaifal) & milk. The one which I have proposed is the Ayurvedic way.)

There are lot of nutritional values of mango which needs to be discussed separately.

Kairee Panha……

Summer vacations…..So we (I mean me & Archana) went for shopping.

Enjoyed shopping…….. But at the end the body & pocket both got exhausted!!!

Rejuvenation of ourselves was very urgent……because we were verrrrrrrrrrrry tired.

I just took out the panha pulp & started making kairee panha…….

As usual Archana with surprised expression was looking at me …….

So I told the recipe…….with having sips of Panha…


1. Green Mango 3-4

2. Jaggery (as per the taste)

3. Cardamom Powder- 1 tsp

4. Salt – 1 pinch


  1. Boil the green mango in the water till they become soft. ( It will take 10 – 15 mins)
  2. Drain the water & let mangoes cool.
  3. Remove the skin & seed from mango. Strain the pulp.
  4. Add Jaggery, cardamom powder, salt & mix it well.
  5. Mango pulp is ready, you can keep in refrigerator.

For serving:

  1. Mango pulp ¼ glass + Cold water ¾ glass
  2. Stir to mix well with hand blender or mixer.

Now you are ready to serve Kairee Panha…

Jal Jeera…

Health Benefits :

Jal jeera gives cooling effect & refresh you in summer season. All items of jal jeera have its own benefits & in mixture of all these items gives you a tasty & healthy drink.

Jeera / Cumin –

According to ayurveda jeera has significant role in digestive system. It helps to improves digestive system.


Jeera has important role to treat anemia.

It is also used to treat insomnia.

Other ingredients like coriander, ginger & lemon we have already discussed in earlier articles you will get more information…..

Cumin Seeds Powder- 2 tsp

Mint leaves ( paste) – 2 tsp

Black Salt – ½ tsp

Juice of 1 Lemon

Fresh  Coriander Leaves (paste) – 1 tsp

Ginger – 1 pinch

Sugar – 2 tsp or as required according to taste

Chilled Water – 1 glass

Procedure :

Mix all the items together and chilled water into it & now you are ready to refresh yourself with cool drink.
