  1. Wow, that certainly is a very long list of benefits. I have just begun doing Yoga recently, primarily because I have very poor flexibility despite being in very good physical shape.

    I have listened to some of Deepak Chopra’s material on Ayurveda some time ago and found it fairly interesting actually, even though many of the concepts were always a little too abstract for me.

    If I may ask, does Ayurveda say anything about the effect that the environment you live in has on your health, wealth and happiness? This is the approach I am blogging about at the moment and also the approach I have found to work best in my own life after studying a wide range of different materials.
